Ingredients 10 -12 Medjool dates (remove pip) or 1 cup of date paste 1 cup of cashews 1 cup of almonds 1 cup of macadamias 3 tbls of cocoa powder 1/2 cup of coconut oil 1/2 cup rice malt syrup or honey 1/ Put all ingredients in a mini chopper/processor and pulse for a few minutes to incorporate. 2/ Give the dough a stir and start to roll the mixture (with your hands) into 1 tbsp sized balls. If the dough is too crumbly add a few drops of water or coconut oil. 3/ Eat right away. For longer storage, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 week or in the freezer for 2-3 months. Yummy guilt free afternoon treats.
