So let’s get started.
Decluttering your Fridge and Pantry

Throw out old food
1/ Go through your pantry areas (and anywhere else you keep food outside of the refrigerator and freezer) and clean up your food clutter.
2/ Remove all containers, jars, packet foods from your cupboards and place them on a clean, clear bench space
3/ Categories your food groups. Check the date of products and start to re-contain your products in air tight containers. (option to label them)
4/ Place neatly back into your pantry

It's so important that the foods we have in our kitchens are fresh and replenished frequently. If it has expired, has not been used in the last 6-12 months, or has duplicates it's time to de-clutter and re organise. Pay close attention to bags of grains and flours and discard anything with pantry moths or other kitchen pests.

De- clutter your Fridge and Freezer. Follow the same process as your pantry.

The make a shopping list of the essential things you need to purchase to restock your pantry, fridge and freezer. (Next post coming)

First things i'd like you to implement is eliminate any inflammatory foods in your current nutrition. These include
Gluten, Dairy (dairy is something i speak specifically with each individual client i work with as not all individuals choose to eliminate it)
and refine sugars. Processed sugars is the devil.

Start this ASAP!

Options
Dairy- Almond milk/ Coconut milk/ Macadamia Milk/ Oat milk/ Soy milk

Gluten free options come in bread/ pasta and many other products
Rice, quinoa, sweet potato and white potato are options for carbohydrates- these are all gluten free
