Classes For All Fitness Levels

One size doesn’t fit all. When you work with me, you’ll receive a program tailored to your goals that we work together to achieve. We’ll work from your office or the gym base I have with your lifestyle commitments, whether that’s work or personal life. A new you starts today!

Monthly Check in/ Online training/ zoom sessions

* Mindset and lifestyle coaching      * Identifying your personal goals   * Nutritional guidance and plan     * Health evaluation focusing on the core factors impacting your results                                   Stress. Whats expected                   Require progression pictures fortnightly / and weigh in if required.                           Compliancy with training and check ins.

If you have any pre-existing medical issues, you are required to bring a medical clearance from your GP stating that you are able to commence exercise.

Note:

  • 24 Hour Notice is required for cancellations; alternatively full fee will be charged
  • A minimum of 1 PT session is to be booked in per week
  • All PT Packs are to be used within 6 months from purchased date
  • Packages non refundable- Can be transferred to a family member or friend if required
