About

My Story

I’m Nicole Melisa Paparousis and I was raised in an exercise centric family with Mum being a regular in the aerobics circles. Starting calisthenics at 4 and progressing rapidly, I was elected to lead the school aerobic team by Grade 6. I took up dancing as a teenager before my PE teacher at High School suggested I might like to look at Body Building as I had the natural physique.

At 17 I traveled to Papua New Guinea and trekked the infamous 96km Kokoda Trail further cementing my passion for a future career in the fitness industry.

I lost 10kgs as an 18 year old and started competing as a Body Builder at 20 years old. From there I’ve done consistently well on that scene and can proudly claim to be a multi award winning body sculpting champion, including the coveted INBA All Female Overall title. With a love of helping others, I now show my clients how they too can achieve great things with their health and wellbeing.

As a mother and business owner, I know all about getting my body back in shape after the birth of my daughter and the feeling of being deconditioned. And how daunting stepping back to the gym can be, so let me show you the path to success.

Make a Change

Real People. Real Results

My clients range from beginners through to those transforming their bodies for competition.

Client’s I work with today include time poor business owners who are frequent travelers and in some cases with poor diet choices. Through a tailored plan with personalised service, I work with my clients at their offices or in my gym around their schedules to realise the potential of their bodies.

I offer flexibility but accountability through my programs.

Mindset Readiness

Perhaps the most easily missed area but of the most importance. Without this, your consistency can struggle leading to poor nutrition choices and intermittant exercise.

Training

We’re all different and that leads to different goals. We sit together and look at where you want to be and by when. What gaps need closing and what hasn’t worked in the past are all openly discussed.

Nutrition

Eating the right foods for your exercise type is very important. Ensuring you receive the sustinance required to compliment your program and also perform at your best.
