Ingredients
1/4- 1/2 shredded cabbage 
4 grated carrots
Dressing 
3 tbls greek yogurt
1/2 olive oil
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt 
1 tsp cracked pepper 
1/2-1 whole lemon freshly squeezed 
Fresh chilli- optional  

1/ Using a peeler; shred the cabbage

2/ Peel and wash the carrots, then grate with a medium to thick grater 

3/ Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and stir 
Add cabbage and carrot. Then stir again until all mixed through 

Serve with a serving of protein and optional carbohydrates depending on    the persons individual needs and goals.
